Our website is hosted on the WIX platform which has servers outside of EU.

If you contact us via the contact forms on our website, your information will be hosted on WIX servers and protected by WIX's Privacy Policy.


3.    The information that we collect from you on the Site


3.1    We will collect any information that you provide to us when you contact us via phone, email or through our Site. 10.1. When a customer asks for advice or a quotation, sends an enquiry via the contact forms on our Site we collect data to provide the service, or provide an answer. We thrive to provide the best experience with our services.

When a customer engages with a Magnetic sales representative, we collect the customer’s name and contact data, along with information about the customer’s organisation, to support that engagement.

When a customer (or supplier) pays for (or provides) services, we collect contact and payment data to process the payment.
