JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) is a global financial and professional services firm specialising in commercial real estate services and investment management. JLL required a creative agency to design leaflets and a magazine ad to promote JLL at MIPIM, the world's biggest real estate show.

Magnetic designed eye-catching leaflets that were embedded with Augmented Reality so that readers who scanned them could watch introductory videos or learn more about featured properties. The same design was also re-scaled and converted to a full page advert to be used inside the exhibition magazine.
